Kinesio Taping

Advanced K-Taping for Pain Relief, Muscle Support & Faster Recovery

Kinesiology Taping, also known as K-Tape or Elastic Therapeutic Taping, is a modern physiotherapy technique used to support muscles and joints, reduce pain, improve circulation, and enhance movement without restricting mobility.

Kinesiology Tape is a flexible, skin-friendly therapeutic tape applied strategically over muscles and joints to assist the body's natural healing process. The tape works by gently lifting the skin, helping reduce pressure on tissues, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, decrease pain and swelling, support injured muscles and joints, and improve posture and movement patterns.

  • Reduces pain and inflammation
  • Supports muscles and joints
  • Improves circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Decreases swelling and edema
  • Enhances athletic performance
  • Helps correct posture

  • Supports injury recovery
  • Maintains mobility without restricting movement
  • Helps prevent re-injury

1. 'Y' Tape: Used for surrounding muscles, muscle facilitation or inhibition, and supporting larger muscle groups.

2. 'I' Tape: Commonly used for acute injuries, pain management, alignment correction, and swelling reduction.

3. 'X' Tape: Used when muscles change length significantly during movement, rhomboids, dynamic muscle support, and sports movement patterns.

4. Fan / Web Tape: Primarily used for swelling, lymphatic drainage, and edema management.

5. Donut Tape: Used to reduce localized swelling and relieve pressure around painful areas.
